Large commercial developer and property management firm in the northeast.
Project:
The customer’s 1.1 million square foot mixed use property is located in a beautiful spot along the ocean. Over the years the existing exterior HID fixtures have taken a beating due to constant high winds and the salty sea air. Eventually, due to corrosion, these decorative fixtures started breaking from their mounting brackets and falling to the ground. Needless to say our customer needed a solution fast. Sona, with its channel partners, sourced an energy efficient led fixture that can withstand the oceanfront environment. Delivering our customer 75% energy savings and, most importantly, creating a safe environment for their tenants was a win-win for everyone.
